Easy Corn Salsa with Red Pepper
- 1 16 oz bag frozen corn thawed
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1/3 cup red onion diced fine
- 1 jalapeño diced fine
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
