Grilled Asian Chicken Skewers
Made with a host of staple pantry ingredients, this chicken skewer marinade is simple to prepare and pairs nicely with grilled vegetables and pineapple.
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp liquid aminos
- 1/2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs cubed
- Combine sesame oil, olive oil, liquid aminos, sriracha sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Whisk until mixed thoroughly.
- Pour marinade over chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
- Thred chicken cubes onto skewer and grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
