Grilled Asian Chicken Skewers

Made with a host of staple pantry ingredients, this chicken skewer marinade is simple to prepare and pairs nicely with grilled vegetables and pineapple.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1/2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs cubed

Instructions
 

  • Combine sesame oil, olive oil, liquid aminos, sriracha sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Whisk until mixed thoroughly.
  • Pour marinade over chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Thred chicken cubes onto skewer and grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
