Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk Kodiak Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix, brown sugar, and baking powder.
Add eggs, melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt, and milk to dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
Pour mixture into prepared baking ban. Sprinkle with blueberries and bake for 20 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
