Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Blend cream cheese, eggs, hot sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese mixture, chicken, cauliflower rice, and jalapeños. Pour into baking dish and press mixture into an even layer.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through; broil during last 5 minutes of cooking.
