Ingredients
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Using a handheld peeler, remove skins from cucumber. Cut into quarters lengthwise and grate or finely chop. Add to a medium mixing bowl.
- Zest and juice one lemon. Add to cucumber along with remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
