Peanut Butter Hummus

This no-tahini hummus is filled with peanut buttery goodness and a touch of sweetness. Take a break from traditional savory hummus and try this version today!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14.5 oz can garbanzo beans steamed
  • 3 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp Stevia in the Raw
  • 2 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash ginger & nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth, about 2-3 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Serve with baby carrots, sliced apples and/or celery.
