Peanut Butter Hummus
This no-tahini hummus is filled with peanut buttery goodness and a touch of sweetness. Take a break from traditional savory hummus and try this version today!
- 1 14.5 oz can garbanzo beans steamed
- 3 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Stevia in the Raw
- 2 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash ginger & nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth, about 2-3 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Serve with baby carrots, sliced apples and/or celery.
