  • 1 16 oz bag frozen corn thawed
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced fine
  • 1 jalapeño diced fine
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
